Mr. Neil Gogte is the Director and heads the Keshav Memorial Institute of Technology. (KMIT) He holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science from IIT - Mumbai (1987) and B.E from Osmania University, Hyderabad (1985). He started his career with CMC Ltd., and was part of the team at Sun Microsystems, USA. He also headed the Leapstone Inc.’s India Offshore development center.

Mr. Neil Gogte founded Teleparadigm Networks Ltd in 2001, a public limited and software services provider. The company offers a wide range of services in Telecom Building Practices, Healthcare, Finance and mobile data service based applications. He established Genesis Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (1991) an IT education and training firm. He offered training and consultancy to various projects involving technologies like C, C++, Oracle, Oracle financials, SAP, Java, Microsoft.NET, J2ME and BREW. Since 1991 till date, he has been the guiding force behind a number of engineering graduates. He has been a very successful technocrat - entrepreneur in the area of high end technology training with over 25 years of experience in the IT industry.

Mr. Tapadia has 20 years of experience in the IT industry with focus on Software development and training.

  He started his career with CAD Graphics, Tempe(Arizona, USA)He Moved to India in 1989, to join OMC Computers Ltd (R&D department)

  Mr. Tapadia is highly skilled in the areas of Java and its suite of related technologies, PLM product (TeamCenter Enterprise), ASP, XML, WML, UML, C, C++, Visual Basic, Visual C++, COM/DCOM, Microsoft .NET (C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET 2/3.5, Ajax etc), PowerBuilder, Unix, Oracle, SQL Server etc.

After more than 20 years of fulfiling experience in the Software industry, Mr. K.R.Rao has now been working with various Engineering Colleges as a Computer Science faculty for well over 6 years

He has worked with prestigious Software companies such as Tata Unisys Ltd., CMC Ltd, Patni Computer Systems, Satyam Computers, to name a few.

Through hard work and dedication, Mr. Rao has risen through the ranks from a Software Engineer to a Project Manager.

As part of his work, he has had the privilege to visit several countries such as U.S.A., Europe, Malaysia & Australia.

He has commendable contribution at various stages of software life cycle such as Feasibility Analysis, Requirements, Software Design, Software Development, Test Automation, Performance Improvements, Software Maintenance, Effort estimation and Project Management.

As faculty at KMIT, Mr. Rao teaches various subjects in Computer Science.

He has trained and inspired a number of students at The K.M.I.T. to confidently face Technical interviews for placements through K.M.I.T.'s Finishing school.

Col Umesh B Gogte belongs to the Army Education Corps. As a computer software trainer,he has 22 years of rich experience as instructor to the officer cadre of The Indian Army. Since 1984,he has served and taught at some of the most prestigious institutions like Indian Military Academy, Electrical & Mechanical Engineering School, and The National Defence Academy.

A faculty with the CSE Dept of The Keshav Memorial Institute of Technology (KMIT) since the year 2007, he takes up curriculum subjects like C, Data Structure through C and Java Programming.

Being a corporate trainer Col Gogte also imparts coaching in industry oriented subjects like C#, Objective C, iPhone OS, Python, HTML5, CSS3, ASP & ADO Dot Net, MS SQL Server, MySql, Sqlite3 and Data Science.

Col Umesh Gogte is a compulsive self-learner whose passion for knowledge is transferred to the learner through his style of teaching.

Prof. Mohammed Younus Shariff has over 10 years of satisfying training experience. His style of teaching leaves the students asking for more. Many a student has benefitted from interaction with him.

He is an Asst.Professor with the Department of Computer Science at The Keshav Memorial Institute of Technology (KMIT)

Prof. Shariff teaches Python, Data Science with python, HTML5 , CSS3 and Android Programming.

MsShweta is someone who has always loved teaching, and teaching English language has always been her forte. She strongly believes in the power of communication.

Though she is at the beginning of her career in the short span of experience, she exudes an infectious confidence of a person who has ‘been there done that’

MsShweta’s strong passion for both the language and teaching has lead her to take up ELT as her profession.

She has worked with Deloitte Tax India Private Services Ltd. for three years, including a short stint in the U.S.Briefly coached students for GRE. She was deployed by Aspire India for about 2 months to coach studentsof SS College of Engineering inUdaipur for Life Skills,

Ms. Shweta currently coaches students of The Keshav Memorial Institute of Technology (KMIT) for BEC (Business English Certificate) an ESOL exam conducted by The Cambridge University She has also coached the fourth year students of The Malla Reddy College of Engineering for Women for Campus Recruitments and the third year students for soft skills

Mr. Chaitanya Deshpande Is a prolific Aptitude trainer with 15 years of fruitful experience.

He has the distinction of having imparted training in about 15 colleges across Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.

An entrepreneur with a thriving business,a former manager with a Mumbai based educational group. A masters degree holder, a silver medalist in Civil Engineering from NIT he has much to offer a sincere learner

Mr Deshpande is passionate about his work. With his Aptitude training, he wholeheartedly guides final year students through the initial and the most crucial stage of the recruitment process

Ms. Jyothi SanjeevaMani has over 15 years of satisfying teaching and technical training experience. She is a Research Scholar of Big Data Analytics from a reputed university. As a technical trainer she trained many students in industry oriented subjects like C, C++, Java, MySQL, Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL), Python, Linux, Openstack, BigData - Hadoop(MapReduce, Pig, Hive, Sqoop, Flume), Data Science with both Python and R.

She is an Asst.Professor with the Department of IT at The Keshav Memorial Institute of Technology (KMIT).

She is a dedicated, resourceful and a result oriented instructor, who strives to help students change marginal grades into good grades.

Mr. P.V.N.Balarama Murthy, is an M.Tech(CSE) having over 10 years of teaching and technical training experience. He is specialist in Data Science and Bigdata. He has experience in deploying hadoop clusters. As technical trainer, he has trained a number of people in C,C++, Java, Oracle, Hadoop (Administration, Development with MR, PIG, Hive, Flume, Sqoop) and Data Science with R. He has guided to his credit 15+ students to get Hortonworks certifications for Hadoop.

A dedicated, resourceful and result oriented instructor that he is, it is helping shape up careers of students.
